Republic Gear Shopping Policy
These terms and conditions of sale govern your purchases of products from Republic Gear, a subsidiary of J&S Matus Enterprises, Inc (“Company”). Every time you make a purchase on the site, you ("Customer") acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of sale. Every order you place through the "Company" will be
deemed your offer to purchase our products. We may accept your offer
either through an e-mail confirmation or through shipment of the items
you requested. Our acceptance of each offer as specified is expressly
subject to and conditioned on your acceptance of these (and only these)
Terms and Conditions of Sale.All prices shown on the Republic Gear site are subject to change without notice.
Prices stated at the beginning of shipment will apply. Applicable taxes or
shipping charges are not included in the product prices,
but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible
at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We arrange for
shipment of products purchased on the site, but we are not liable for
delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be
guaranteed If for some
reason we can not ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will
provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an
option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to
maintain the order. All payments Republic Gear prior to
shipping – no C.O.D.s! We accept payment only by the following
methods: Amex, Master Card, Visa and Discover. Checks and cash are only accepted at either NASA or Texas Mile events, in person.
You can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of
the purchase. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted
for an exchange or refund. Please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@Republic-Gear.com to request a Return Authorization number. This number will need to be included on all correspondence. Once an RA is issued, Republic Gear will notify customer of mailing address to send item. Write a detailed note, on your invoice
explaining your return preference (refund or exchange). Once we receive
your package we will make the necessary corrections and your package
will be shipped back to you that day. It will take anywhere from 5-7
business days for you to receive it. If you have any further questions

Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes made to
orders we have accepted will generate a new acknowledgment for the
entire order and a new scheduled shipping date. All sales are final;
provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be
made at least five (5) days before the scheduled shipping date. We may
cancel any accepted order before shipment without liability, including,
without limitation, if our credit card department does not approve your
credit or if there are any other payment-related problems.
We warrant that there will be no material defects in workmanship,
materials, operation or finish for the products for one (1) month from
the date of your purchase. This warranty will not apply to subsequent
owners, or for defects due to fire, casualty, forces of nature, failure
to exercise customary maintenance of the products, or the consequences
of uses other than those for which the product was intended.
Our only liability under such warranties, whether in tort, contract or
otherwise, will be, at our option, to repair or replace the products,
or to refund the amounts paid for products returned to us. IN NO EVENT
WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN WE WERE PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS. We have
no liability to pay any costs for repairs performed by anyone other
than us, unless in each instance we have given our written approval
prior to any third party repair.
Each of these limited warranties is expressly in lieu of all other warranties made to you, express or implied, and Republic Gear hereby expressly disclaims all such warranties including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Republic Gear will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of a product.
